Finding Weight Loss Motivation Takes More Than Exercise, Good Foods, and Smiles

I wish I could tell you that there is a formula for finding weight loss motivation.

I wish I could tell you that you make a 100 squat one days needed to be in perfect shape.

I wish I could tell you that everything that had to do what you're eating healthy foods, or just smile was almost all day, and you will reach your past health and fitness goals.

Unfortunately it is not so simple. These are just some of the pieces.

Not those who hear you say exercise, nutrition and a goodSetting is the magic pill. It is not. Exactly these things do not fire the way to optimal weight loss motivation and success.

Why?

You will end up back there, where you will be restarted. It is no coincidence that the diet gain the weight back. It is no coincidence that fade rigorous workout routines in a monthly routines. The man himself with the best intentions and motivation can fizzle out their weight loss before their eyes if they have not taken a significant aspect ofTo plan your fitness.

Before I mention what it is, I want to make clear of a ... If you can not fail to find your fitness and weight loss motivation, you are looking for, it's not because you are a loser or defeat can not cut themselves or others what you think. Although you would be surprised how many people think, this is the case. The reason is not because we never were given the right formula for success.

I'll give it to you now.

Successfulpeople see the outcome. They visualize themselves achieving their goals. Successful people picture themselves at the finish line, 20 pounds lighter, with great skin, flexible, and in great health.

Michael Jordan, Lance Armstrong, Arnold Palmer... all the great athletes that you can think of separate themselves because they visualize their success.

And more so than just seeing the future, they can feel it.

Think about something that you really wanted. I mean REALLY wanted.

I remember when I was about 7 or I 8, that the GI Joe aircraft carrier was. This thing was the MotherLoad for all toys at the time. I can remember, since the ad on TV and imagine was like in the cockpit, when I landed my aircraft and took the pieces around him. I would like to spend nights over the matter. I have it on my birthday list, I put it on my Christmas list. Overall. I knew I wanted it because I could close my eyes and see it right in front ofme.

But at Christmas, it was not there under the tree. I was devastated, disappointed, I could not believe it was not there. It was everything I wanted.

I persisted. I asked my mother: "Are you sure that you do for me?" She answered with a firm "no." I did not believe her. I looked in the cupboards. I saw in the garage.

Then I went into the basement.

And it was. Fully assembled. With a fleet ready and waiting for the next attack.

How does a working GI JOEAircraft carriers to find you reach your weight loss motivation and your fitness goals?

It's easy. You have to see themselves in good health, you must see yourself preparing and enjoying it, and you have to see, even the maintenance of weight loss is motivation, which you have now.

If you're lying in bed, you may feel good, drafting and smiling. Imagine the things you say when you are in good shape. Imagine how people react to youwhen 2 sizes smaller. Daydream and focus on your goal of great health and fitness. Then you can start to exercise. Then you can start to eat right. Then you will have the weight loss motivation you're looking for.

Then you can and WILL start to smile every time you think about how great it feels to be in phenomenal shape!
